Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies
Please note that no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will still be responsible for the full service amount. Deposits are nonrefundable and secure your reserved appointment time.
Appointments must be confirmed by the confirmation deadline of 12 hours.
Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled and offered to clients on the waitlist.
